We learned about the online language lab that Moodle has and saw how we could create assignments for students to do oral work that could be easily marked. I know many language teachers used to try to give their students oral exams but with large classes and all the other activities students have going on oral exams are hard to schedule. This would certainly help fulfill that need. Jean mentioned there are language labs online to use too. We discussed forums, and looked at a website called Dialogus. Lastly we went over what is required for the final project and then we were able to start working on it. I downloaded and did the tutorial for Hot potato and got my exercise page saved into it for tomorrow.
